Quote of the Week
“It makes us very proud. Hard and steady work is what it was.”

The Christmas season is fully upon us, as only six weeks remain until the big day. There are gifts galore to search out, purchase, wrap with care, and present to family and friends on Christmas morning. Despite the cold weather outside, it just might be the warmest day of the year where it counts.
Unless you're smarter than the average bear, you probably still have a lot of holiday shopping left to finish. Why not spread that warmth around the entire community while you do so?
Shopping locally is important in any small town, especially at Christmas time. Money you spend in the community stays in the community, making everyone's holiday a little brighter and easier.
And really, beyond expensive specialty items and all those video games for your kids, why would you need to go anywhere else for the majority of your Christmas shopping?

The Crowsnest Pass is home to gifts of many types, including clothing, tools, recreational items, electronics, computers, and literally countless interesting nicknacks, decorative goodies, household items, and homemade products.
So spread a little Christmas joy in the community this holiday season, and help keep the merriment close to home by shopping in local stores and supporting local workers.
