“Music is one of the rare things in life that can transport you.”

With new management and a new team, The Lodge at Crowsnest Mountain Resort is back in business with a renovated restaurant and a great new menu to tempt every tastebud.
Georg and Martha Wendrich have returned to the Pass to manage the restaurant and help run the resort with Georg's father, Wolfgang, who owns the resort. In addition, The Lodge now features the well-known local cooking talents of head chef Sandra Schlender, who brings 20 years of experience to the kitchen, including a long period at Popiel's Restaurant.
The entire restaurant has been renovated, and now includes booths, but fireside dining is still a focus. The menu has been changed, no longer featuring the specialty items of the past, instead focusing on good, simple food that will appeal to everyone, from steak and ribs to finger food and much in between. The menu offers a variety of homemade foods, including homemade cakes, pies, french fries, and even hand-breaded chicken.
The Lodge is well known for its spectacular views of Crowsnest Mountain, and has two decks that look out on this great scenic vista. In addition to operating as a restaurant,
The Lodge is available for hosting special events either in the restaurant or in the meeting rooms, where multimedia and wireless internet are available.
Work n Play
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. until the last customer leaves, and on Saturday and Sunday all day from 9:00 a.m. until closing. They offer late breakfasts on the weekends.
In addition to the great items on the menu, Sandra can accommodate special dietary needs if she is given advanced warning.
The Lodge at Crowsnest Mountain Resort, located along Highway 3 west of Coleman, has been reborn as a comfortable, relaxing place to eat any night of the week, and everyone is invited to stop in and enjoy.
