Being an adventurous women, who greatly valued her outdoor activities such as skiing, snowshoeing, golfing, and gardening, Kathy appreciated her healthy recreational lifestyle. She cherished the natural, beautiful surroundings of the Crowsnest Pass and
area and always treasured these outdoor interests with her loving husband Darryl, her children and grandchildren. Every family gathering was made very special by Kathy. She will be very missed but always loved by those who knew her.
Left to celebrate her life is her devoted husband Darryl of Burmis; her loving children: Brenna (Scott) Nicholson of Lethbridge, AB; Jim (Tanya)
Allsop of Frank, AB; her cherished grandchildren: Chloyee & Riley Allsop and Kael & Seth Nicholson; her brother Doug (Chris) Ross of Lethbridge;
her sisters: Anne (Michael Gifford) Symington of Rossland, BC; Pat (Jack) Stonehouse of Medicine Hat, AB; Diane (Stephen) Mann of Collie,
Australia; her sister-in-law Sandy Ross and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends, especially the “Thanksgiving Gang”.
She is predeceased by her father Phillip Ross; and her brother Keith Ross.
A Gathering will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011, at the Blairmore Lions Pride Hall (12130 – 20 Avenue) from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Expressions
