Funds are pouring in to support the family of a former Pincher Creek resident killed last week in the Yukon.
Tanner Sinclair, 27, was stabbed in Whitehorse’s Copper Ridge neighbourhood on July 15. He was taken to Whitehorse General Hospital but died of his injuries.
Sinclair did not have life insurance and several campaigns have been started to support his family. He had a three-year old daughter, Keele and his wife Whitney Sandulak is pregnant with the couple’s second child.
The Pincher Creek Alberta Treasury Branch has opened a trust account and deposits can be made at any ATB location, or through email transfer at tannerfamilytrust@gmail.com. (The security answer is tanner).
An online fundraising campaign has been launched and donations can be made at http://www.gofundme.com/bo3z98. As of July 22, more than 500 people had donated close to $100,000.
